I am of counsel with the Employee Benefits Group and the Health Care Group of Bose McKinney & Evans. I concentrate my practice in the areas of health and welfare arrangements, health law transactions, and compliance matters. I advise health care providers, health plans, and business associates regarding compliance with HIPAA and other information privacy laws. I counsel entities regarding regulatory compliance with State and Federal laws including the PPACA, Anti-kickback Statute, Stark Act, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, State licensure requirements, and Accreditation and Certification requirements. I also assist entities with reviewing and drafting complex contracts, including physician employment agreements and organizational documents.
